Hi, I recorded my first video yesterday and it saved the file...but when I double clicked the file, it loaded my video software but didn't play... pressing the play button doesn't play the video. Any suggestions?
Bump... Anyone? I tried playing it in three different program...quicktime, vlc and windows media...the windows media player says "The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file"
