Okay so I have another problem. one month ago my camstudio sisn't start for a reason. Someone told me to reinstall camstudio. I reinstalled it and I had to reinstall the camcodec 1.4 too. So I copied camcodec.inf and camcodec.dll on my desktop and when I tried to install it an error message appeared:unable to read camcodec.inf. Why did this error appear because the installation program IS camcodec.inf
I tried what andrew_camstudio said but didnt work, added the extra lines and my c++ is up to date but I still can access the video options, therefore I cant see the codec
