Any PC will require the codecs the material was created with in order to view it. That does not apply only to this codec, but to all of them. Some codecs are installed by default on most computers nowadays - mpeg4 in particular. I'd use a converter like anyvideoconverter to convert to mpeg4 or WMV to watch it on any PC.
